My Story

I'm taking part in Maggie's Gran Fondo to help support those who have had the life changing diagnosis of cancer. Maggie's provides sympathetic and knowledgeable support and practical help for people with cancer - some of my family and a number of friends have been helped by Maggie's.

By using my cycling kilometres to raise money I have a practical means of helping Maggie's provide their services to those who need them.

Reached my target of 500km on Thursday 10th August - before the original deadline. Pleased to say that my original donation target was also surpassed.

With an extended deadline of 15th Sept I will now try for 800km (500 miles). 

I reached this on Friday 1st Sept  

No new target but just adding kilometres up to the end date....
