My Story

At the start of 2024 our team mate Zac found out his mum Claire had been diagnosed with Cancer. In March Claire had an operation and is currently having chemo.

Claire is a nurse and works for the NHS and for a number of years has worked with patients with cancer. Claire has seen from both sides how cancer effects a person and their loved ones.

As a team we want to show our support for Zac and his family.
Claire would very much like us to fund raise for Maggies who have been a huge support to her.

They are a fantastic charity, set up to support people and families living with cancer. They offer practical and emotional support for anyone with any type of cancer, at any stage, for free. They receive no government funds and rely on funds raised by their supporters.  

They focus on the things that really make a difference, and we can't wait to support them.

so...On August 10th we will be braving the shave!
